目的:探讨SCF/c-Kit信号蛋白在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)损害组织中的表达特点及发挥的作用。方法:利用免疫组织化学方法检测30例OLP损害组织(白纹型OLP 15例,充血糜烂型OLP 15例)和10例正常口腔黏膜组织中SCF、c-Kit蛋白的表达水平,并对上述蛋白的表达与OLP患者性别、临床分型及是否伴有异常增生进行相关性分析。结果:SCF与c-Kit蛋白在OLP损害组织和正常口腔黏膜组织均有表达。与正常口腔黏膜组比较,SCF/c-Kit蛋白在OLP上皮层中表达降低,而在OLP损害组织固有层中表达升高,且两者之间的差异有统计学意义。OLP患者男性组与女性组之间、充血糜烂型OLP与白纹型OLP之间,以及病理表现无异常增生和伴有轻度异常增生组之间SCF/cKit蛋白的表达水平均差异无统计学意义。结论:SCF/c-Kit蛋白在OLP发病机制中可能发挥重要作用,为进一步理解OLP发病机制及治疗OLP提供了新思路。
Objective: To investigate the expression and role of SCF / c-Kit signaling in impaired tissues of oral lichen planus (OLP). Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of SCF and c-Kit protein in 30 cases of OLP lesion (15 cases of OLP, 15 cases of OLP) and 10 cases of normal oral mucosa. The expressions of these proteins And OLP patients with gender, clinical classification and whether associated with abnormal proliferation correlation analysis. Results: Both SCF and c-Kit protein were expressed in OLP-damaged tissues and normal oral mucosa. Compared with normal oral mucosa group, the expression of SCF / c-Kit protein in OLP epithelial layer decreased, while in OLP lesion tissue lamina propria increased, and the difference between the two was statistically significant. OLP patients between male and female group, between the congestive and erosive OLP and white stripe OLP, as well as between the pathological manifestations of non-hyperplastic and mild dysplasia group SCF / cKit protein expression levels between the no statistically significant difference significance. Conclusion: SCF / c-Kit protein may play an important role in the pathogenesis of OLP, providing a new idea for further understanding the pathogenesis of OLP and treating OLP.
