目的 探讨电视宫腔镜子宫肌瘤电切术 (TCRM)治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的有效性和安全性。方法 分析 3 9例子宫黏膜下肌瘤行TCRM的手术经过、手术效果。结果 共切除子宫黏膜下肌瘤 5 0个 ,包括直径达 5cm肌瘤、宫角部肌瘤、多发性肌瘤及宽蒂肌瘤 ,平均手术时间 ( 2 3 2 1± 15 0 4)min( 5～ 60min) ,无手术并发症 ,手术成功率 97% ,满意率 94%。结论 TCRM是治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤安全、有效的新途径。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of television hysteroscopic myomectomy (TCRM) in the treatment of uterine submucous myoma. Methods 39 cases of uterine submucous myoma underwent TCRM after surgery, the effect of surgery. Results A total of 50 cases of uterine submucosal fibroids were excised, including fibroids with a diameter of 5 cm, fibroids of the uterus, multiple myomas and broad fibroids. The mean operation time was (2312 ± 1540) min 5 ~ 60min), no surgical complications, surgical success rate of 97%, satisfaction rate of 94%. Conclusion TCRM is a new safe and effective way to treat uterine submucous myoma.
