数控加工的整体叶轮类的发动机后排整流器是数控加工航空零件中难度最高的零件之一。本文叙述了在两座标联动的三座标数控铣床上加工该零件叶片的三维曲面的一种方法。数控加工结果表明这种加工方法是成功的。
CNC machining of the impeller-type engine rear rectifier is one of the most difficult parts of CNC machining aerospace parts. This paper describes a method of machining the three-dimensional surface of a blade of a part on a two-coordinate linked three-coordinate CNC milling machine. CNC machining results show that this method of processing is successful.
