教师实现着由承担“教育工作”向享受“教育生活”的转变。近年来,以校本研修方式促进教师队伍的建设已成为绝大部分学校的共识,实践中各校也不断探索与创生了多种多样的校本研修方式。但据本校以往的实践体会与研究分析发现,校本研修会因时间的局限而无法对聚焦的内容展开深度的研究,也会因过程中缺乏对教师个性化的关注而无法满足不同梯队教师的差异性发展。 Teachers to achieve by the “education work” to enjoy “educational life ” change.
