健康是人类的第一财富,长寿是人类的不懈追求。在人口老龄化不断加速的进程中,促进老年人健康长寿始终是我们探讨的重要课题。影响老年人健康长寿的因素有很多方面,如遗传、营养、卫生、运动、环境等,而心理因素对人的健康长寿影响更大。老年人只有做到心胸开阔、乐观豁达;适时适度,确立目标;热爱生活,知足常乐;延年益寿,运动为本;消除心理障碍,维持心理平衡,才能健康长寿,安度晚年。
Health is the first wealth of mankind, longevity is the relentless pursuit of mankind. In the process of accelerating population aging, it is always an important issue for us to promote the health and longevity of the elderly. There are many factors that affect the health and longevity of the elderly, such as heredity, nutrition, hygiene, exercise, environment, etc. Psychological factors have a greater impact on people’s health and longevity.
