肿瘤的生长依赖于血管新生,国内外目前用于抗肿瘤研究的血管新生模型,细胞模型包括大分子基质细胞培养模型、cytodex3血管新生模型;组织模型则为各种动物的主动脉或静脉血管新生模型;整体模型包括家兔角膜血管新生模型、鸡胚尿囊膜血管新生模型、聚合物植入模型、斑马鱼或水蛭血管新生模型。全文介绍各种模型的应用,并对其优劣进行评述,指出从细胞、组织、整体水平综合考察药物对血管新生的影响,才能够比较全面地评价药物对血管新生的作用。
Tumor growth is dependent on angiogenesis. Angiogenesis models are currently used both at home and abroad for anti-tumor research. The cell models include macromolecular stromal cell culture model and cytodex3 angiogenesis model. The tissue model is aorta or venous angiogenesis of various animals Model; the whole model includes rabbit corneal neovascularization model, chicken embryo allantoic angiogenesis model, polymer implantation model, zebrafish or leech angiogenesis model. The full text introduces the application of various models and comments on its advantages and disadvantages. It is pointed out that the comprehensive evaluation of the effects of drugs on angiogenesis can be made by comprehensively examining the effects of drugs on angiogenesis from the aspects of cells, tissues and overall level.
