为了减少丝锥切削刃上的载荷,降低切削发热及改善排屑条件,乌里扬诺夫工学院设计了一种具有轴向和径向孔的专用丝锥,用这些孔向切削区供给润滑冷却液(见图1及表)。 为着紧固丝锥并供应润滑冷却液,设计了一些专用卡头,图2所示为其中的一种。它是由锥柄1、体2及为在V形块4中紧固丝锥用的罩3组成。管接头5、罩套6、密封环7及螺母8供主轴在回转的情况下向切削区供应润滑冷却液用。进给的不均匀由螺钉9沿锥柄的槽滑动加以补偿。
In order to reduce the load on the cutting edge of the tap, to reduce the cutting heat and to improve the chip evacuation conditions, Ulyanov-Polytechnik designed a special tap with axial and radial bores to supply the cutting zone with lubricating coolants (See Figure 1 and Table). To tighten the tap and supply the lubrication fluid, some special cartridge heads are designed, one of which is shown in Figure 2. It consists of a taper shank 1, a body 2 and a cover 3 for fastening the tap in the V-shaped block 4. The nipple 5, the cover 6, the sealing ring 7 and the nut 8 allow the spindle to supply lubrication fluid to the cutting zone during rotation. Inhomogeneous feeding is compensated by the sliding of the screw 9 along the groove of the taper shank.
