新的《高中英语课程标准》强调课程要面向全体学生,从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认识水平出发,提倡体验、实践、参与、协作与交流的学习方法和任务型教学途径,并指出要将语法现象置于有意义的、真实的情境中让学生理解与感受,发展学生的综合运用能力和自主学习能力,为学生的终身学习和发展奠定良好的基础。因此,高中英语语法情境教学在英语课堂教学中占有重要地位,语法的讲授要尽量结合语篇和语境来进行。情境创设是一种行之有效的教学形式,而单纯的语法讲解和操练枯燥、乏味,因此教师在语法教授时,可利用不断的英语语言输入来创设良好的英语语言环境;用直观的教具与实物创设直观的情境;用多媒体创设生动有趣的情境;用上下文语境创设连贯的情境;用游戏创设体验的情境;用任务活动创设有效的情境。
