对卧式振动沸腾床冷却旧砂的实验结果表明:振动沸腾床的临界流态化速度,随着抛料指数的增大而降低;过共振振动沸腾床,抛料指数与设备生产率有关。振动对于含水物料的干燥与冷却流态化操作,有着十分明显的作用。
The experimental results of cooling the old sand with a horizontal vibrating fluidized bed show that the critical fluidization velocity of the fluidized fluidized bed decreases with the increase of the thickened fluidized bed. The over-resonant vibro-fluidized bed and the threw material index are related to the productivity of the equipment. Vibration for the drying of aqueous materials and cooling fluidization operation, has a very significant role.
