婚姻制度的改革是中国共产党在新民主主义革命时期的一项重要实践活动,华北抗日根据地婚姻制度改革是其重要组成部分。边区政府制订了一系列新的婚姻制度,并通过行政的手段加以贯彻实施,取得了很大的成效。但是,执行过程中也出现了诸多问题,积累了丰富的经验和教训,为今后婚姻制度的改革提供了借鉴。 The reform of the marriage system is an important practice of the Communist Party of China in the period of the new democratic revolution. The reform of the marriage system in the anti-Japanese base in North China is an important part of it. The border government has formulated a series of new marriages and implemented it through administrative means and achieved great success. However, many problems appeared during the implementation process and accumulated rich experience and lessons, which provided reference for the future reform of the marriage system.
