《成长档案》能突出幼儿个体,促进幼儿的发展;能促进幼儿自评,发掘幼儿的潜能、树立自信;还能促进教师在观察、评价与反思中,提高教育教学的专业化水平;更能在家园互勉、家园共育的良性氛围中,全面、有效促进幼儿的发展。利用幼儿成长档案对幼儿进行不同领域的多元性评价,是我们在评价活动研究过程中又一种新的探索、实践与尝试。
“Growth Profile” can highlight young children, promote the development of young children; can promote children’s self-assessment, explore the potential of children, establish self-confidence; but also to promote teachers in the observation, evaluation and reflection, to improve the level of education and teaching more professional; In the virtuous atmosphere of mutual encouragement and home-based education, we can comprehensively and effectively promote the development of young children. It is a new kind of exploration, practice and experiment that we use to evaluate the diversity of children in different fields by using the file of early childhood growth.
