对新疆裕民县农村学前教育发展状况进行调研发现,裕民县的幼儿教育规划布局基本合理,但存在教育资源利用和办园效益等问题;农牧区少数民族学前“双语”教育经费逐年增加,但存在民汉儿童“同在一班两种待遇”的尴尬情况:全县学前教育师资的总人数逐年增加,但仍存在严重缺编,非专业教师多,幼儿教育小学化倾向较为严重等问题。裕民县应合理配建教学点、完善学前教育管理体制、改善幼儿园教师待遇,以促使边疆贫困地区农村学前教育良性发展。
