一直以来,国家都十分重视基础教育,基础教育取得的成就非常喜人。特殊教育作为基础教育的一部分,同样也在政府的大力支持和关心下茁壮成长。数学教学是特殊教育中的重要组成部分,学生学习效果直接反映特殊教育学校的办学能力和教师的教学水平。众所周知,特教学生区别于普通学生的本质在于生理缺陷。所以特教数学教师在教学中的策略要紧紧围绕学生的生理状况,保证学生在能听懂、愿意学、能学会的基础上逐步提高教学质量。
All along, the state attaches great importance to basic education and the achievements made in basic education are very gratifying.
