目的:探讨雌激素硫酸化相关酶硫酸基转移酶(SULT1E1)和硫酸酯酶(STS)蛋白在子宫平滑肌瘤中的表达情况及其在发病机制中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测28对石蜡包埋的子宫平滑肌瘤组织和肌瘤旁组织中SULT1E1和STS蛋白表达。结果:子宫平滑肌瘤组织中SULT1E1蛋白阳性表达率为39.29%,STS阳性表达率为71.43%,肌瘤旁组织中SULT1E1蛋白阳性表达率为50.0%,STS蛋白阳性表达率为32.14%。子宫平滑肌瘤与肌瘤旁组织比较,SULT1E1和STS蛋白表达差异均有统计学意义。结论:子宫平滑肌瘤组织中SULT1E1低表达、STS过量表达,导致组织局部出现高雌激素水平,这可能在子宫平滑肌瘤的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of SULT1E1 and STS proteins in uterine leiomyoma and its role in the pathogenesis of uterine leiomyoma. Methods: The expression of SULT1E1 and STS protein in 28 paraffin-embedded uterine leiomyoma and para-myometrial tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive expression rate of SULT1E1 protein in uterine leiomyoma was 39.29%, the positive expression rate of STS was 71.43%. The positive expression rate of SULT1E1 protein was 50.0%. The positive expression rate of STS protein was 32.14%. Uterine leiomyomas and fibroids adjacent tissue, SULT1E1 and STS protein expression differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: The low expression of SULT1E1 and the overexpression of STS in uterine leiomyoma tissue lead to high estrogen levels in the tissues, which may play an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of uterine leiomyomas.
