本文介绍利用激光束在碳钢表面涂敷WC-B_4C-SiC-Co的激光合金化处理。结果表明:利用激光在低质钢材表面涂覆高性能的硬质碳化物,经激光合金化处理之后,能使低质钢材表面化学成份发生根本性变化,硬度和耐磨性能均有较大的提高。
This article describes the use of laser beam coated on the surface of carbon steel WC-B_4C-SiC-Co laser alloying treatment. The results show that the surface of low-quality steel is coated with high-performance hard carbide by laser. After laser alloying, the surface chemical composition of low-quality steel can be fundamentally changed, and the hardness and wear resistance of the low- improve.
