通过局部血液循环的调节,鼻腔粘膜得以完成重要的生理机能——对吸入空气的温度、湿度进行调节。另一方面,多种疾病又对鼻腔粘膜的血液循环产生影响。因此,研究鼻腔粘膜血液循环的生理调节和病理变化是很有意义的。但是,目前尚缺乏简便的有效手段进行这一工作。在机体其它部位已得到广泛应用的阻抗血流图描记法可以直接描记血流曲线,方法简单,而且是无创性的。此法当然也可以应用于鼻腔粘膜,只是目前还未建立一种可靠的描记方法以适应鼻腔特殊的解剖位置。为解决这一问题,为日后扩大阻抗血流图在鼻科基础研究和临床工作中

On the other hand, a variety of diseases have an impact on the nasal mucosa blood circulation. Therefore, the nasal mucosa to study the physiological regulation of blood circulation and pathological changes is of great significance.
