基于管坯胀-微缩的双向拉伸HDPE管的性能

采用基于管坯胀-微缩式双向拉伸管连续成型设备制备双向拉伸HDPE管,研究轴向拉伸比、环向拉伸比对管的轴向和环向力学性能的影响。结果表明:双向拉伸HDPE管相对于常规单向拉伸HDPE管力学性能有显著提升,且随着轴向拉伸比和环向拉伸比的增加,管的轴向和环向力学性能均明显提高;在相同轴向拉伸比的情况下,环向拉伸强度最大增加27.4%,轴向断裂伸长率最大增加51.6%,环向爆破应力最大提升32.74%;SEM测试表明环向拉伸会对轴向拉伸产生的取向结构产生一定的削弱作用,但同时也会增加活动单元在环向的有序分布。 The biaxially stretched HDPE tube was prepared by continuous tube drawing and miniature biaxial stretching tube continuous forming equipment to study the influence of axial stretching ratio and circumferential stretching ratio on the axial and circumferential mechanical properties of the tube.
