用高梯度磁分离技术处理给水,在投加Fe3O4磁铁粉及混凝剂时可以去除水中的细菌,细菌总数及大肠杆菌的去除率均达99%以上。本文作者认为不投加Fe3O4磁铁粉及混凝剂,直接让水通过高梯度磁滤器也可以去除细菌。试验证明,让未经处理的松花江水和深井水直接通过高梯度磁滤器,可以去除水中的细菌和大肠杆菌,去除率在90%以上。作者还讨论了高梯度磁滤法除菌的机理及应用前景。
The high-gradient magnetic separation technology was used to treat the feed water. When Fe3O4 magnetic powder and coagulant were added, bacteria in the water could be removed, and the total number of bacteria and E. coli removal rate reached more than 99%. The authors believe that without adding Fe3O4 magnetic powder and coagulant, the water can be removed directly through the high gradient magnetic filter. Experiments have shown that the untreated Songhua River and deep well water can be directly passed through a high-gradient magnetic filter to remove bacteria and E. coli from the water, and the removal rate is above 90%. The authors also discussed the mechanism and application prospects of high gradient magnetic filter sterilization.
