3月20日,中德合作建设产权交易市场体系项目在天津产权交易中心举行了隆重的签约揭牌仪式,这虽然是中国第一个利用外援资金建设产权资本市场项目,是一大创新,但它是中国产权市场走向正规化的途径之一,而非拓展市场的新途径。这里所说的产权市场发展的新途径,是指天津产权交易中心和北方产权交易共同市场为该项目的实施组团访问德国的一个偶然收获。
