国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定中提到完善职业教育人才多样化成长渠道。健全“文化素质+职业技能”、单独招生、综合评价招生和技能拔尖人才免试等考试招生办法,为学生接受不同层次高等职业教育提供多种机会。适度提高专科高等职业院校招收中等职业学校毕业生的比例、本科高等学校招收职业院校毕业生的比例。中等职业学校是职业教育的基础性学校。探索教学与育人的管理成为不断的研究方向。从人本主义视角结合新的教育教学理念对中等职业学校育人管理与分层教学这个传统命题进行新的思考。
The State Council’s decision on accelerating the development of modern vocational education mentions the improvement of channels for the diversification of vocational education professionals. Improve the “cultural quality + vocational skills ”, a separate enrollment, comprehensive evaluation of admissions and top-notch talent recruitment examinations and other examination methods for students to accept different levels of higher vocational education to provide a variety of opportunities. Moderately increase the proportion of higher vocational colleges enrolled secondary vocational school graduates, undergraduate colleges and universities to recruit vocational college graduates ratio. Secondary vocational schools are the basic schools for vocational education. Exploring teaching and educating people management has become a constant research direction. From the perspective of humanism and the new concept of education and teaching, this article makes a new consideration of the traditional proposition of educational management and hierarchical teaching in secondary vocational schools.
