非金属夹杂物影响Fe-Cr-Al电热合金的使用寿命,KANTHALA-1合金在1200℃下使用寿命为300h,其夹杂物金相评级为1.5;国产0Cr25A15合金在相同温度下使用只达180h,夹杂物金相评级为3.5级。电渣重熔0Cr25A15合金过程中非金属夹杂物的变化规律与许多因素有关,本试验在电制度不变的条件下着重研究渣制度和添加剂的影响,从而寻求降低合金中非金属夹杂物和提高使用寿命的途径。试验采用100kg三相有衬电渣炉和单相电渣重熔炉双联冶炼工艺,主要工作在单相电渣炉上进行,结晶器内径为110—130mm,锭重20kg。在锻材中部取样做化学分析和非金属夹杂物金相鉴定。再把锻材加工成直径0.8长340mm
