高三学生面临高考的压力,因而很容易烦躁、冲动,出现过激的言行。情绪与人的心理状态、工作效率、人际关系、身体健康、生命质量等有着密切的联系。如果学生不能排解种种不利情绪,必将妨碍知识的复习、巩固,影响身心的健康发展,最终导致高考的失利。所以情绪的调节,对于高三学生来说显得尤为重要。如何进行情绪的调节呢?
High school students face the pressure of college entrance examination, which is easy to irritability, impulsiveness, exaggerated words and deeds. Emotions and people’s mental state, work efficiency, interpersonal relationships, physical health, quality of life are closely linked.
