企业绩效考核是管理与评估员工行为对企业贡献价值的重要手段。当企业绩效考核制度不能有效运行时,将对员工积极性与企业人力资源管理效益产生不利影响。本文通过研究绩效考核产生偏差的主要因素,采取二因子实验对各因素影响程度进行统计分析,探讨降低绩效考核结果误差的方法,并对后续的考核方式提出具体建议。
Enterprise performance appraisal is an important means to manage and evaluate the contribution of employee behavior to the enterprise. When the enterprise performance appraisal system can not run effectively, it will adversely affect employee motivation and enterprise human resource management effectiveness. This paper studies the main factors that cause deviation in performance appraisal, and uses two-factor experiment to analyze the influence degree of each factor, discusses ways to reduce the error of performance appraisal result, and puts forward specific suggestions for the subsequent appraisal methods.
