为开发非均质程度严重的油田,建立了描述碱/表面活性剂/聚合物+泡沫复合驱油过程的数学模型。该模型在研究泡沫复合驱油机理的基础上,能够模拟泡沫复合驱具有的界面张力、毛管驱油、化学剂复合协同效应、流度控制、泡沫效应等主要的驱油机理以及所发生的对流、弥散、扩散、吸附、相态变化、水相化学反应、石油酸与碱反应等一系列物化现象,拟合了实际泡沫复合驱岩心驱油模型驱替过程。拟合结果与岩心驱油实验结果基本吻合。利用该模型可以通过数值模拟方法辅助,进行泡沫复合驱的机理研究、实际应用可行性研究、矿场方案优选和开发效果预测。
In order to develop oilfields with serious heterogeneity, a mathematical model describing alkali / surfactant / polymer + foam composite flooding was established. Based on the study of foam composite flooding mechanism, the model can simulate the main flooding mechanism such as interfacial tension, capillary flooding, synergistic effects of chemical agents, flow control and foam effect, as well as the convection , Diffusion, diffusion, adsorption, phase change, water phase chemical reaction, reaction between petroleum acid and alkali and a series of physico-chemical phenomena. The actual displacement process of core-driven oil displacement model of foam composite flooding was fitted. The fitting results are in good agreement with the experimental results of core flooding. The model can be used to assist the numerical simulation method to study the mechanism of foam compound flooding, practical feasibility study, mining scheme optimization and development effect prediction.
