消除或减少非金属矿开采中湿式凿岩事故,对提高凿岩效率有重要作用。现就湿式凿岩中常见事故的原因及处理办法简述如下。一、漏水1.风钻机头进水口螺丝与胶皮管接合处漏水,这主要是胶皮管与套接螺丝的公螺丝尾端扎结不严所致。这可用铁丝扎紧,同时还可在风钻后500毫米左右处的胶皮软管上加装螺丝接头,以便日常装卸水管,防止风钻后部进水螺丝经常装卸而造成的漏水现象。
Eliminating or reducing the wet rock-drilling accidents in the mining of non-metallic mines plays an important role in improving the rock-drilling efficiency. The causes of the common accidents in wet rock drilling and their treatment are briefly described below. 1. Leakage 1. The joint between the screw and the rubber hose of the inlet screw of the pneumatic drill is mainly caused by the knotting of the male screw of the rubber hose and the socket screw. This can be fastened with iron wire. At the same time, screw joints can be installed on the rubber hoses around 500 mm after the pneumatic drill to facilitate the daily loading and unloading of the water pipes and prevent the water leakage phenomenon caused by frequent loading and unloading of the rear inlet screws.
