采用常规水溶液法在低热环境下得到了一种新的基于砷钨酸和Mn~Ⅲ的夹心型化合物,该化合物为单斜晶系,空间群为P2_1/c,晶胞参数为a=2.041 26(8)nm,b=3.227 58(8)nm,c=1.325 35(5)nm,β=94.427(3)°,V=8.705 8(5)nm~3,Z=4;分子式为(NH_4)_(10)[(MnH_2O)_2WO_2(AsW_9O_(33))_2]·3.5H_2O.性质分析表明,标题化合物对Hela细胞具有较高的抗肿瘤活性,可以作为潜在的抗肿瘤药物模型.
A new type of sandwich compound based on arsenic tungstate and Mn ~ Ⅲ was obtained by using the conventional aqueous solution in a low heat environment. The compound is monoclinic with a space group of P2_1 / c and a unit cell parameter of a = 2.041 26 (8) nm, b = 3.227 58 (8) nm, c = 1.325 35 (5) nm, β = 94.427 (3) ° and V = 8.705 8 ) _ (10) [(MnH_2O) _2WO_2 (AsW_9O_ (33)) _2] · 3.5H_2O. The characterization indicated that the title compound had high anti-tumor activity on Hela cells and could be used as a potential anti-tumor drug model.
