就一种技术的发展而言,Co_2气体保护焊技术的发展是很快的,由于它成本低,操作方便,适于全位置焊接,焊缝成型美观和易于实现半自动化和自动化而得到广泛的应用。因而引起研究者和应用者的关注。已发表探讨研究的文章与经验介绍及学术论文在各种期刊中已不少见。但就 Co_2气体保护焊中 Co_2气体流量对焊接质量的影响的报导却至今笔者尚未见到。笔者从事焊接技术的研究和应用工作20余年,尤其对 Co_2气体的流量在焊接过程中对
As far as the development of a technology is concerned, the development of Co2 gas shielded welding technology is very fast. Because of its low cost, easy operation, suitable for all-position welding, the appearance of weld seam is beautiful and easy to achieve semi-automatic and automatic application. This caused the attention of researchers and users. Articles and experience presentations and academic papers that have been published for discussion are not uncommon in various journals. However, the author has not seen reports on the effect of Co 2 gas flow rate on welding quality in Co 2 gas shielded welding. The author engaged in research and application of welding technology for more than 20 years, especially for the flow of Co 2 gas in the welding process.
