采用添加源项的方法,考虑旋转与曲率的影响对标准k-ε湍流模型进行修正,在压强连接的隐式修正法(SIMPLE-C)建立的压力速度校正方程基础上,用交替方向隐式法(ADI)求解线性方程组,求解了无过载离心泵叶轮内三维不可压湍流场,揭示了该种泵的进口回流和出口二次流等流动特征。研究结果将对无过载离心泵的基于流场计算的优化设计有指导意义。
The standard k-ε turbulence model was modified by adding source term and considering the influence of rotation and curvature. Based on the pressure-velocity correction equation established by SIMPLE-C, (ADI) solves the system of linear equations and solves the three-dimensional incompressible turbulent flow field in the impeller of an over-load centrifugal pump, and reveals the flow characteristics such as inlet backflow and outlet secondary flow. The results of this study will be instructive for optimal design of flow-field-based calculation of non-overload centrifugal pumps.
