Teachers and scholars are well aware of the significance of organizing work scientifically. Doing so can greatly enhance the efficiency of any work. Scientific organization of labor should follow the principle of optimization. This refers to the principle of striving to achieve the highest working efficiency on the basis of giving full scope to existing capabilities and using available resources under existing conditions rather than under ideal conditions. To apply this principle to the teaching of information science is to make full use of the existing conditions and find an optimal teaching method for the teaching of information science so that the efficiency and quality of information science teaching can be improved and the burden on students and teachers reduced.
