目的:采用不同固位形式嵌体冠对离体短冠磨牙进行修复,通过对比观察微渗漏情况,评估临床修复效果。方法:离体短冠磨牙根管治疗后制作钴铬合金嵌体冠修复,分为髓室固位嵌体冠、常规桩核嵌体冠、插销桩核嵌体冠3组,所有样本浸泡于印度墨水中3周,然后沿近远中方向纵行剖开,在体视显微镜下观察微渗漏。结果:插销桩核嵌体冠组微渗漏值大于其它两组,但3组之间无明显差异。结论:3种嵌体冠均可应用于短冠磨牙的修复。
OBJECTIVE: To repair the short molar molars with inlay crowns with different retention forms, and to evaluate the effect of clinical repair by comparing the microleakage. METHODS: Cobalt-chrome inlay crowns were made after root canal treatment of short short molars, and were divided into 3 groups, including inlay cage crowns, conventional post-core inlay crowns, India ink for 3 weeks, then longitudinally along the direction of longitudinal splitting, observed under a stereomicroscope microleakage. Results: The microleakage value of the insert pin and core inlay crowns was greater than the other two groups, but there was no significant difference between the three groups. CONCLUSION: All three kinds of inlay crowns can be used for the repair of short molars.
