分析巨型全钢工程机械子午线轮胎气泡类质量问题的产生原因,并提出相应的解决措施。在轮胎生产过程中,通过采取控制半成品挤出温度、存放时间和表面质量,调整成型部件间的过渡结构和增添填充胶片,合理穿刺胎坯,适当增大成型压合时的定型距离和减小胎坯外周长,调整轮胎硫化时间等措施,使轮胎气泡类质量问题发生率由0.5%减小至0.11%。
