本文分析了水稻(Oryzo sativa L.)不同类型杂种的雄性不育性,探讨了杂种的不同遗传组成与雄性不育性的关系。结果表明,用质核互作雄性不育系配制的杂种中,可以同时产生核核互作雄性不育性和质核互作雄性不育性。提出了F_1杂种的质核互作雄性不育性的育性恢复度的计算方法。根据杂种质核关系中存在的异源性,可以把杂种划分为三类:一元杂种、二元杂种和三元杂种。
In this paper, the male sterility of different types of hybrid rice (Oryzo sativa L.) was analyzed, and the relationship between different genetic components and male sterility of hybrids was discussed. The results showed that both the male sterility of nucleus and the male sterility of nucleus could be produced simultaneously in the hybrids prepared by the plasmids interacting male sterile lines. A method to calculate the fertility restoration of F_1 hybrids by nucleus interaction and male sterility was proposed. Heterosis can be divided into three types according to the heterosis existing in the relationship between the hybrids and the nuclear: one-hybrid, two-hybrid and three-hybrid.
