本文对胃镜活检取得的124例胃或十二指肠粘膜组织,测定其匀浆液申的 LAP、AKP、γGT、ADA 和 LDH 活性。发现 LAP、AKP、γGT 和 ADA 活性在肠化粘膜中增高,且肠化分化越成熟和分布程度越严重,其酶活性越高,越接近于小肠粘膜内酶活性。肠型胃癌处粘膜内 LAP、AKP、γGT 和 ADA 活性显著高于胃型胃癌处粘膜,前者与肠化胃粘膜相同,后者则与无肠化胃粘膜相同。蒌缩性胃炎粘膜中 LDH 活性与胃癌处粘膜处于相同水平。本文就肠化时粘膜内酶的改变及肠化与肠型胃癌的关系等进行了探讨。
In this paper, 124 cases of gastric or duodenal mucosal tissue obtained by gastroscope biopsy were measured for LAP, AKP, γGT, ADA, and LDH activity in the homogenate solution. The activities of LAP, AKP, γGT, and ADA were found to increase in the intestinal mucosa, and the more mature and more severe the intestinal metaplasia, the higher the enzyme activity and the closer it was to the intestinal mucosal enzymatic activity. The mucosal LAP, AKP, γGT, and ADA activities were significantly higher in the intestinal mucosa than in the gastric mucosa. The former was the same as the intestinal metastatic gastric mucosa, and the latter was the same as the non-intestinal gastric mucosa. The activity of LDH in mucosa of contractile gastritis is at the same level as mucosa of gastric cancer. This article discusses the changes of intestinal mucosal enzymes during intestinal metaplasia and the relationship between intestinal metaplasia and intestinal type gastric cancer.
