目的:对山桂花进行鉴别研究。方法:采集叶片和嫩枝,对其进行显微鉴定。结果:山桂花叶为典型的异面叶,栅栏组织发达,由3~4层细胞紧密排列形成;叶肉中分布有与叶长轴垂直的分支状石细胞;主脉处突起不明显,维管束外韧型。枝的横切面中,除了韧皮部纤维外,在皮层中也分布较多的簇生或散在的石细胞。叶粉末中有大量的分支状石细胞和腺鳞,气孔为环式。枝粉末中有大量的石细胞和纤维,同时可见木化的薄壁细胞。结论:上述特征可作为山桂花的鉴别依据。
Objective: To identify Osmanthus fragrans. Methods: Leaves and twigs were collected and microscopically identified. Results: The leaves of Osmanthus fragrans were typical heterogeneous leaves. The palisade tissue was well developed and consisted of three to four layers of cells closely arranged. The mesophyll cells were distributed in the mesophyll. The branches of the main veins were not obvious, Outside the tough type. Branches of cross-section, in addition to the phloem fibers, the cortex also distributed more clusters or scattered stone cells. Leaf powder in a large number of branched stone cells and glandular scales, stomatal ring. There are lots of stone cells and fibers in the twig powder, while the parenchyma cells are visible. Conclusion: The above characteristics can be used as the identification of Osmanthus fragrans.
