本文论述了硫酸锌溶液电积过程中产生的富氧槽气的回收和利用问题。这是一项至今尚未被综合开发的、有潜在价值的氧源。槽气是一种氧含量大、氢含量少的混合气体。槽气中氢氧比取决于电解槽的密闭程度和电积技术条件,如电流密度、电流效率等。文中提出的“半封闭式简易槽面下抽吸捕气法”,通过用空气稀释的方法可以得到含氢远低于“氢爆”极限以下,完全可作为有色冶炼所需的富氧气体。
This article discusses the recovery and utilization of oxygen-enriched gas generated during the electrowinning of zinc sulfate solution. This is a potential source of oxygen that has not been developed as yet. Slot is a mixed gas with large oxygen content and low hydrogen content. The hydrogen to oxygen ratio in the cell depends on the degree of sealing of the cell and on the technical conditions of cell electrowinning, such as current density, current efficiency, and the like. The “semi-enclosed simple suction and gas capture method”, which is proposed by the paper, can be used as an oxygen-rich gas required for non-ferrous smelting by hydrogen dilution, which is far below the hydrogen explosion limit.
