Aerostat means an aircraft lighter than air, including a balloon and airship. Both are filled with lighter-than-air gas (hydrogen, chlorine or hot air) in the container and overcome the static buoyancy force to lift the aircraft by its own weight. The difference is that the balloon did not advance the device; and the airship has a propulsion device, can be manipulated forward. According to whether the balloon is activated or not, it is divided into mooring balloons and free balloons. According to the filling gas in the balloons, it is divided into hot air balloon, hydrogen balloon and nitrogen balloon. Balloon lift by buoyancy, the use of inflation, deflating or thrown ballast to control the elevation, height adjustment, after the wind drift or tethered rope in a certain position.
