聚砜是一种用途广泛的工程塑料。生产过程中使用二甲亚砜作溶剂。聚砜树脂中残留的微量二甲亚砜,不仅对塑料质量产生不良影响,而且对树脂的造粒和加工环境造成污染,有害于工人的健康。为此,必须测定并控制聚砜树脂中二甲亚砜的残留量。由于聚砜树脂本身含硫,以及树脂中残存的未聚合的单体4,4’-二氯二苯基砜等,对于微库仑定硫法测定微量二甲亚砜有严重的干扰,以致无法进行测试。本文提出了测定含硫聚合物中微量含硫有机杂质的一种方法,这种方法恰当地选择了各种溶剂,采用分步沉淀分离法,除去了试样中的聚合物和单体,排除了干扰,再应用快速微库仑定硫法测定试样溶液中的二甲亚砜,取得了满意的结果。
Polysulfone is a widely used engineering plastic. The production process using dimethyl sulfoxide as a solvent. In this paper, a method for the determination of trace sulfur-containing organic impurities in sulfur-containing polymers is proposed. In this method, various solvents are appropriately selected, and the polymers and monomers in the sample are removed by a fractional precipitation method, The interference, then the application of fast microcoulomb sulfur determination of the sample solution of dimethyl sulfoxide, and achieved satisfactory results.
