在海拔3000 m以上高原地区,低压低氧等特殊环境因素导致人体组织细胞内氧浓度低于正常值。代谢耗氧较大的肝容易出现氧化应激损伤,从而影响药物的药代动力学。本文综述了近年来高原低压低氧等环境因素对药物体内代谢影响的研究进展。
In the plateau area above 3000 m above sea level, hypoxia and other special environmental factors cause the oxygen concentration in human tissue cells to be lower than normal. Metabolism of oxygen larger liver prone to oxidative stress injury, thus affecting the drug pharmacokinetics. This review summarizes recent research progress on the effects of environmental factors such as hypoxia and hypoxia on metabolism in vivo.
