为了应对教学过程中的挑战,中小学教师教育技术能力的职后培养扮演了更为重要的角色。在“十三五”教育信息化的背景下,本文选取中小学教师教育技术能力培训中的问题为研究对象,针对现行培训中存在的培训方式过于单一、培训内容未能满足教师需求、培训过程中缺乏交互问题分析、培训后期缺乏继续学习的支持系统等问题,尝试性地从培训部门、学校及教师自身提出了优化策略,以期为实践中的教师培训提供可行性建议。
In order to cope with the challenges in the teaching process, post-secondary training of primary and secondary school teachers in educational technology plays a more important role. In the context of “13th Five-Year” educational informationization, this article chooses the problems of primary and secondary school teachers’ educational technology ability as the research object. In view of the existing single training methods, the training content can not meet the needs of teachers, The lack of interactive analysis during the training process and the lack of support system for further study in the late training period. Some tentative suggestions are put forward from the training departments, schools and teachers themselves in order to provide feasible suggestions for teacher training in practice.
