随着经济的发展,许多外来务工人员来到城市谋生,他们给城市带来劳动力的同时也给城市的教育事业带来了新的难题。流动儿童大多不爱讲卫生、乡音浓重、不懂得文明礼貌等,但他们也有自己的优点,如诚恳朴实,身体强壮、爱动手动脑等。结合这些孩子的优缺点因材施教才是我们贯彻素质教育的最好体现。本文结合外来务工家庭子的特点,详谈了如何利用手工活动课,如剪纸活动等对流动幼儿实施素质教育。
With economic development, many migrant workers came to cities to earn a living. They brought labor to the cities and brought new challenges to the city’s education. Most migrant children do not like to talk about hygiene, heavy accent, civilized politeness, etc. But they also have their own advantages, such as sincerity and simplicity, physical strength, and love to move their brains. Combining the strengths and weaknesses of these children to teach according to their aptitude is the best embodiment of our quality education.
