离子通道是一类位于细胞膜上的跨膜蛋白,可以在电压、配体结合或机械力的作用下开放或关闭,并允许特定离子通过其跨膜孔道进出细胞.辅助亚基是一类单次跨膜或两次跨膜蛋白,可以与离子通道α亚基相互作用,改变其膜上表达量、电导特性等,同时会影响通道对药物的敏感性.动物毒素是一类含二硫键的多肽,可以选择性结合到离子通道特定位点上,产生抑制激活、延缓失活或异常开放等不同通道特性的改变.本文就近年来本实验室在离子通道受其辅助亚基及外源性毒素调控的作用机制研究方面的进展进行简要综述.
