由国家教委特教处牵头组织的赴香港考察聋教育代表团,在瑟瑟的秋日,参观了香港峰力听觉中心、真锋启音学校、达言学校、宣美聋童言语练习中心、香港聋人福利促进会、狮子会香港中心、特殊教育中心、路德会启聋学校;与香港聋教育专家、学者座谈并交流了办学的经验与体会,收益非浅。勿庸讳言,香港特教的发展成了香港社会文明进步的一个重要标志。一、聋教育网络健全,形成规范性管理服务制度。香港的教育署里设辅导服务科,科内设听觉服务组,主要提供评估服务和辅导服务。评估服务内容有7项:(1)听觉评估和诊断;(2)配发助听器并提供维修服
