结合碎石型陶粒与国产环氧沥青配制混合料,并进行混合料的性能研究和综合评价。在15%的陶粒掺加比例情况下,采用马歇尔试验方法确定混合料的最佳油石比。通过车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验等,进行混合料的强度、高温稳定性、水稳定性、抗滑性试验研究,得出符合钢桥面铺装要求的碎石型陶粒环氧沥青混合料。研究成果可为陶粒用于环氧沥青混合料的研究提供试验依据,并为将来陶粒作为钢桥面铺装原材料的推广与应用提供参考。
Combined with crushed-type ceramsite and homemade epoxy asphalt mixture, and the performance of the mixture research and comprehensive evaluation. In the case of 15% ceramsite mixing ratio, the Marshall test method was used to determine the optimal ratio of the oil to the mixture. The rutting test, immersion Marshall test and so on were carried out to study the strength, high temperature stability, water stability and skid resistance of the mixture, and the gravel-type ceramsite epoxy asphalt mixture meeting the requirements of steel bridge deck pavement was obtained. The research results can provide the experimental basis for the research of ceramsite used in epoxy asphalt mixture and provide reference for the popularization and application of ceramsite as the raw material of steel bridge deck pavement in the future.
