Dbl癌基因发现于 1 985年 ,随后人们以 Dbl具有的 DH域及紧接于 DH域碳末端的PH域为结构特征 ,不断扩大 Dbl癌基因家族。 Dbl癌基因是目前认识的成员最多的癌基因家族。主要通过活化小 G蛋白家族成员等方式参与肿瘤生成及一些肿瘤恶性表型的获得。
The Dbl oncogene was discovered in 1985. Subsequently, Dbl has the DH domain and the PH domain immediately adjacent to the carbon terminus of the DH domain. The Dbl oncogene family is continuously expanded. The Dbl oncogene is currently the most recognized member of the oncogene family. Mainly through the activation of small G protein family members and other ways to participate in tumorigenesis and the acquisition of some tumor malignant phenotypes.
