权力文化是指组织内部各主体在实现自身影响力的过程中所呈现的文化特征,包括共同遵守的价值承诺、形成的制度规范和行为方式系统三个重要方面。权力文化协调了权力的刚性与文化的柔性,对于组织的发展具有重要意义。合并高校内部权力结构的调整必然带来对权力文化的诉求。生成合并高校内部的权力文化,就要求原本属于不同院校的权力主体相互沟通、妥协,通过制度安排和机制调节来推动横向与纵向权力的融合。
Power culture refers to three main aspects of the cultural characteristics presented by the main body of the organization in the course of realizing its own influence, including the value promise of common observance, the system of rules formed and the system of behavior. The culture of power coordinates the rigidity of power and the flexibility of culture, which is of great significance to the development of the organization. The adjustment of the internal power structure in amalgamated colleges inevitably brings about the appeal of the power culture. The formation of a power culture within amalgamated colleges requires that principals who originally belonged to different colleges and universities should communicate and compromise with each other and promote the integration of horizontal and vertical power through institutional arrangements and institutional adjustments.
