本文论述两种选矿技术,即感应辊强磁场干式磁选机和辊式高压静电选矿机,对某些铁矿石的选别结果。用感应辊强磁场干式磁选机试验了两种矿石,一种是褐铁矿-方解石矿石,一种是赤铁矿-石英矿石。辊式高压静电选矿机只处理了赤铁矿-石英矿石。在磁选方面,研究了与设备有关的一些重要参数的影响。这些参数是:磁场强度,圆辊齿槽的形状和间距,辊的转速,以及精矿和尾矿截矿隔板的位置。在与矿石有关的各种因素中,研究了给矿量和给矿粒度,在一定限度内,这些因素的影响不大。在所有情况下,由于磁选不完善,一段选别是不够的,尾矿必须再处理。在高压电选方面,在与设备有关的一些参数中,研究了辊的转速,电极以及截矿隔板的位置。试验表明,上述参数之间相互有关。在与矿石有关的因素中,研究了给矿量和粒度的影响。试验确定,给矿量有一最佳值,粉矿的存在急剧地降低选别效果。粗选所得中矿必须再选。
This article discusses two beneficiation techniques, namely, the induction magnetic field dry magnetic separator and roller high-voltage electrostatic concentrator, the results of some of the iron ore sorting. Two types of ores were tested with an induction roller strong field dry magnetic separator, one being limonite-calcite ore and one being hematite-quartz ore. Roller high-pressure electrostatic concentrator only deal with the hematite - quartz ore. In magnetic separation, the impact of some important parameters related to the device has been investigated. These parameters are: the strength of the magnetic field, the shape and spacing of the round cogging, the speed of the rolls, and the location of the concentrate and tailings cuttings. Among the various ore-related factors, the amount of ore to be mined and the particle size of the ore are studied. Within a certain limit, these factors have little effect. In all cases, the selection of a section is not sufficient due to imperfect magnetic separation and the tailings must be reprocessed. In the case of high-voltage electricity, the roller speed, the electrode and the location of the cut-off separator are studied in some equipment-related parameters. Experiments show that the above parameters are related to each other. Among ore-related factors, the effects on ore quantity and particle size were studied. Test to determine the amount of ore has an optimum value, the presence of fines ore sharply reduce the sorting effect. The rough selection of ore must be re-election.
