在新常态下,工业企业以大规模生产驱动的传统增长方式难以为继,在企业转型过程中,以前高毛利下掩盖的一些问题日益暴露了出来。为适应企业转型,挖掘内部潜力,控制风险,确保企业内控工作的有效性具有重要的现实意义。本文在分析新常态下工业企业内控体系面临的挑战基础上,以HSB集团为典型案例,分析了新常态下工业企业转型过程中加强内控体系建设的必要性和重要性,探讨了HBS集团内部控制建设的具体措施,最后通过HBS集团内控体系建设取得的成效,指出工业企业内控工作的创新和完善可以改善经营管理,帮助企业实现价值最大化。
