我们用透射电镜观察了闭角型青光眼6例7只眼的虹膜超微结构,发现青光眼急性和慢性早期虹膜基质内色素细胞的线粒体和粗面内质网增生,前者色素细胞内黑色素颗粒大小相差悬殊,后者色素细胞常有细长假足样胞浆突起,胞浆分叶;进而发展,二者色素颗粒明显减少,内质网高度扩张,最后变性和萎缩。
We observed the iris ultrastructure in 6 eyes of 6 patients with angle-closure glaucoma by transmission electron microscope and found that the mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum hyperplasia of acute and chronic early iris stromal pigment cells, the difference of the former melanocyte particle size The disparity between the latter pigment cells often slender pseudarthroplasm of cytoplasm, cytoplasm lobulation; and further development, the two significantly reduced pigment particles, a high degree of endoplasmic reticulum expansion, the final degeneration and atrophy.
