目前,应用单克隆抗体OKT系统对Moretta等所记述的Tγ细胞群的均一性以及是否属于T淋巴细胞已产生怀疑。本文进一步研究了健康人Tγ细胞的异质性。取人外用血白细胞先以Ficoll isopaque密度离心,继经尼龙毛柱除去单核细胞、粒细胞和B淋巴细胞,获得纯度达90%以上的T淋巴细胞群。用Ripley型抗D血清包被的人ORh~+红细胞血影作EA单层粘附等方法获得纯Tγ细胞群。然后以荧光标记的单克隆抗体OKT3和OKM1着染,并用荧光激活细胞分离器
At present, the application of the monoclonal antibody OKT system has raised doubts about the homogeneity of the Tγ cell population described by Moretta et al. And whether it belongs to T lymphocytes. This article further studies the heterogeneity of healthy human T gamma cells.
