熔盐作为一种有着众多应用的工业流体,但是随着科学技术的发展,如熔盐反应堆对熔盐的成分和性能有着更高的要求。熔盐中氧含量对熔盐的应用会产生很大的影响。文章主要探究了以钇稳定的氧化锆(YSZ)为固体电解质,以Bi/Bi_2O_3为参比电极的自制测氧传感器在熔盐体系中的应用。自制的氧传感器在熔融NaCl-CaCl_2中测氧的响应性好。熔融NaCl-CaCl_2中氧含量随着覆盖气体氧含量的升高而升高,其变化曲线符合Freundlich模型。Bi/Bi_2O_3型的氧传感器在熔盐中测氧探索实验取得了初步成果,需进一步开展氧传感器性能的探究实验。
Molten salt is a kind of industrial fluid with many applications. However, with the development of science and technology, molten salt reactors have higher requirements on the composition and properties of molten salt. The oxygen content of molten salt on the application of molten salt will have a great impact. The article mainly explores the application of homemade oxygen sensor with yttrium stabilized zirconia (YSZ) as solid electrolyte and Bi / Bi_2O_3 as reference electrode in molten salt system. Self-made oxygen sensor in the molten NaCl-CaCl 2 oxygen response is good. The content of oxygen in molten NaCl-CaCl 2 increased with the increase of oxygen content in the covered gas, and the curve of the change accorded with the Freundlich model. Bi / Bi_2O_3-type oxygen sensor in the molten salt oxygen exploration experiments have achieved initial results, the need to further explore the oxygen sensor performance.
